Features
To cut maximum division, make material and rubber trip to have more contacting surface. To maintain uniform of the material during process and expansion more completely.
1. Cord rubber, point touch, expansion large.
2. Max. line speed: 250m/min.
3. The best included angle(contact angle) of material on roller is around 120 degrees.
4. To adjust expanding amount by rotating on two sides.
When setting the cord expander in the clamping device, it is very important that the contact roll of the control disc
is at exactly 90 degrees in front of the zenith of the looping angle.
5. Replace rubber trip by yourself.
6. Rubber trip materials:
POLYURETHANE, SILICONE, EPDM( Black/White )
7. Roller is driving(Flat belt or V type belt).
8. The fixed holder of cord expander roller is located same as flat expander roller .
