Pneumatic sliding shaft used for striping and winding reel of various materials. Friction revolving torque induce by pneumatic between shaft and sliding ring and achieve winding of homogenous fixed tension. Difference winding speed induced due to thickness of general material, the sliding of each sliding ring compensate the speed difference, thus achieve fixed tension winding in each material reel.
1.Air pressure must be continuously supplied to the shaft during winding operation.
2.Air pressure 0.5-7kg/cm2.
3.Shaft and sliding ring is 30-60rpm.
4.Air pressure is supplied by oil free dry clean air.
