Feature :
It is controlled by air pressure so there is small volume , easy to operate. Heater slitting produced by special compound material also temperature heating up fast, working temp. is steady, long life-span. The highest temp. is above 600℃ and general heater slitting can not compare with it .

Notice :
1. The power source of MT-A710 type is 220V single phase, it also can be ordered by other requirement.
2. The surface of bottom roller needs to have hardness process or abrasion-resistant process for increasing
life-span , the dimension of roller is unlimited , it can be adjusted according to real condition. But it must be
powerful and best distance is 10mm between surface of roller and heater slitting knife.
3. The supply air pressure can not be over 1.2Kg/cm², it will avoid not to have over abrasion of heater slitting
knife and roller by much pressure to reduce life-span.
4. The incision of heater slitting knife is 30mm length, every point can be used to slit so guide bar which fixed
MT-A710 should take adjustable long hole fixing way in order to have more using benefit by change of
slitting point when slitting knife is abrasion.
5. The included angle of slitting knife is 45°, it can be grinded to angle you needed by practical slitting materials.
Slitting products available :
Nylon, Polyester, woven material, it can melt edge in order not to be loosen when heater slitting.
PE , PP membrane, it can melt and cutting 2 levels material when heater slitting.
