Adjusting angle :
Except adjusting of approaching pressure in different material thickness , upper knife also can centralize to cut single point by adjusting of rotating angle 0 ~ 3° and it increases cutting power and gets good slitting cross-section .
Approaching pressure
There have to be enough cutting power when material is slitting , MT-A610 can produce 0 ~ 40Kg cutting power by changing air pressure no matter how many sets of knife are slitting and keeps same cutting power by using one source of knife holder . It is available for various materials .
Automatic approaching
The basic design of MT-A610 is automatic approaching , but there are 2 sections operation for adjusting of slitting specification in the initial stage . Firstly , it is to set air pressure under 2Kg/cm², upper knife descend and control descend depth by adjusting nut , the contacting distance is 0.5 ~ 1mm between upper , bottom knife . To loosen locking device and move knife holder 2 mm ( with visual ) distance with bottom knife then locked . Secondly , to increase air pressure until above 2.5 Kg/cm², bottom knife close to then it can be slitting .
Speed of slitting
MT-A610 can get higher slitting speed by changing knife dimension with purpose to use high speed cutting . When diameter of upper knife replaced to 180mm , slitting speed could be 2000M/min
Rotated approaching
Slitting knife only can approach on single direction in traditional way . MT-A610 type can select approaching direction freely by inner structure adjusting , the normal slitting way is on right side turn to left , left side turn to right , especially it can apply to trimming machine .
